Crossing mountains and seas, bringing the fresh flavors of the East to the world.
In this issue of Mountain Birds Space, we take you inside our latest overseas project — Haidiaoli · Xiaolan, Zhongshan — a seafoodfusion Chinese restaurant.

Positioned as a sashimithemed banquet venue in an overseas commercial district, the brand specializes in a fusion of seafood sashimi and Cantonese cuisine. Guided by an oceaninspired aesthetic, the space is designed to cater both to international diners' love for photoworthy settings and the functional needs of traditional Chinese banquet dining — creating an immersive, coastalstyle Chinese restaurant experience.

Facade | Ocean Blue Vibe — A Landmark Statement in the District
山鸟有言
跨越山海，将东方鲜味带向海外。本期山鸟空间案例分享，带大家走进海外海鲜融合中餐项目 ——海钓里・中山小榄店。作为海外商圈刺身主题宴饮酒楼，品牌主打海鲜刺身 + 粤菜融合中餐。我们以海洋美学为设计主线，兼顾海外客群打卡需求、中式宴席接待功能，打造一座沉浸式滨海风情中餐空间。

门头立面｜蔚蓝潮境，商圈吸睛符号

Located in an overseas commercial district, the facade design prioritizes strong visual impact.
The signature blue-and-white brand palette sets the tone, while a monumental curved form incorporates artistic installations of anchors, waves, and seabirds — instantly conveying a bold seaside theme. Striped awnings evoke the charm of a fishing harbor, while an outdoor beach-style photo spot with palm trees, ship wheels, and ocean-themed balloon installations recreates the ambiance of a coastal getaway.

With its highly recognizable exterior, the storefront stands out among neighboring shops, quickly capturing the attention of both local diners and the overseas Chinese community — inviting them to stop, explore, and share the experience.

立足于海外商业街区，门头设计优先强化视觉冲击力。

经典蓝白品牌色系奠定基调，巨型弧形造型融合船锚、海浪、海鸟艺术装置，浓烈滨海主题一目了然。条纹遮阳篷复刻渔港风情，户外沙滩造景打卡区搭配棕榈树、船舵、海洋气球装置，复刻海边度假氛围。

极具辨识度的外立面，在沿街商铺中脱颖而出，快速吸引本地食客与华人客群驻足打卡。

前厅公区｜碧波入境，演绎海洋叙事

Step inside and begin an immersive journey to discover the freshest flavors of the sea.
High-gloss marble floors shimmer like mirror-like seawater, while a giant seabird sculpture hangs suspended from the ceiling. A curved, large-scale undersea light-wall extends the spatial depth, continuously enhancing the ocean ambiance. An open live-seafood display area visually showcases the superior quality of the ingredients, bringing the "select-your-own seafood" experience to the forefront and reinforcing the brand's core appeal of premium sashimi and seafood.

Transparent metal screens gently guide the flow of movement, while layered wave-shaped golden chandeliers unfold along the corridor. As light and shadow dance, they echo the rhythmic motion of rolling waves — capturing the very spirit of the sea.

To meet the diverse needs of overseas Chinese banquets, family gatherings, and business entertaining, the space features a range of distinctively styled private rooms — ensuring a suitable setting for every occasion.

踏入室内，开启一场沉浸式寻鲜之旅。

高光大理石地面如镜面海水，吊顶悬浮巨型海鸟艺术雕塑；曲面巨幅海底光影墙面延伸空间层次，源源不断烘托海洋氛围。开放式鲜活水产展示区直观呈现海鲜食材优势，把 “现选海鲜” 的体验前置，强化刺身海鲜核心卖点。

通透金属屏风划分通行动线，层叠波浪造型金色吊灯沿着廊道铺展，光影流转之间，复刻海浪起伏的灵动意境。

多元包厢｜一屋一境，适配全场景宴席

针对海外中餐宴请、家庭聚餐、商务会客多元需求，空间打造风格各不相同的独立包厢，实现场景全覆盖。

Neo-Chinese Style Private Room

A large ink-wash landscape mural, red-and-gold antique-style screens, and artistic branch-shaped chandeliers create an elegant and imposing atmosphere. Tailored for large-scale business banquets and traditional Chinese gatherings, the space embodies the essence of Eastern aesthetics — perfectly suited for formal dining occasions. An adjoining tea lounge offers a relaxing area for hosting guests and savoring tea before or after the meal, providing a complete and refined functional experience.
新中式国风包厢

大面积水墨山水墙面、红金古建屏风、枯枝艺术吊灯，雅致大气。适配大型商务宴席、华人传统聚会，东方美学底蕴，契合正式宴请氛围。配套茶室休闲区，用餐前后可会客品茶，功能完整。

Japanese Zen Tea Room

Warm wood textures paired with stone-clad walls, with a giant bamboo-woven fish lantern as the visual centerpiece. Ukiyo-e art murals further enhance the atmosphere — an ideal setting for intimate private dinners and gatherings with close friends.
日式禅意茶室包厢

原木肌理搭配石质墙面，巨型竹编鱼灯作为视觉焦点，浮世绘艺术墙面烘托氛围，适合小型私宴、好友小聚。

Light Luxury Private Room

Available in a variety of styles — French vintage, light American, and modern art. Featuring floral murals, curved architectural forms, and exquisite artistic chandeliers, the space is finished in soft, sophisticated tones — perfectly suited for young guests' gatherings and birthday celebrations.
轻奢时尚包厢

分为法式复古、轻美式、现代艺术多种风格。花卉壁画、弧形造型、精致艺术吊灯，色彩柔和高级，适配年轻客群聚会、生日派对。

OceanThemed Private Room

Echoing the store's core theme, the space features dolphin art installations and vintage carved lighting — maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout. The private rooms are arranged in distinct zones, each with its own style, offering both privacy and an immersive experience to meet the diverse dining needs of the overseas market.

呼应门店核心主题，海豚艺术造景、复古雕花灯饰，和整体空间调性一脉相承。

不同风格包厢独立分区，兼顾私密性与体验感，满足海外市场多样化用餐需求。

廊道与功能细节

The corridors continue the overarching ocean-inspired design language. Reflective marble flooring amplifies the sense of openness and transparency, while artistic wall pieces and textured surfaces enrich the journey through the space. The restrooms uphold the same design vocabulary — with consistent colors, materials, and detailing that echo the rest of the interior — ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience throughout every corner of the venue.

Design Thinking

An overseas Chinese dining space is not merely about replicating flavors — it is about delivering a complete dining experience and conveying brand identity.
For this project, Haidiaoli, we adopted a coastal ocean theme as the core concept for the public areas, intuitively communicating its seafood positioning. Meanwhile, the private rooms feature a diverse range of styles — including NeoChinese, Japanese Zen, and modern lightluxury — offering variety and depth.

This approach not only allows overseas Chinese guests to reconnect with familiar Eastern dining traditions, but also appeals to the aesthetic preferences of local diners. By balancing photoworthy appeal, commercial practicality, and banquet functionality, we have created a seafoodfusion Chinese dining space that is perfectly adapted to the overseas commercial district.
走廊延续整体海洋设计语言，大理石反光地面放大空间通透感，艺术挂饰与造型墙面丰富动线体验。卫生间延续全屋统一设计语言，色彩、材质、造型细节相互呼应，做到空间无死角，完整维持品牌质感。

设计思考

海外中餐空间，不止是复刻味道，更是传递餐饮体验与品牌气质。

本次「海钓里」设计，以滨海海洋风为公区核心主题，直观传递海鲜品类定位；同时包厢融合新中式、日式、现代轻奢等多元风格。

既让海外华人找到熟悉的东方饮食氛围，也契合本地消费者的审美喜好，平衡打卡属性、商业实用性与宴席功能，打造适配海外商圈运营的海鲜融合中餐空间。
